Complete activities by December 31, 2021 to earn up to $500 in co-share credit.* Employees are welcome to participate in all Rewards for Wellness activities but may only earn a maximum of $500 in co-share credit. Incentive credits will be delivered on ten select pay days during the first half of 2022. Please note that the OEB cannot track the completion of your activities for you - please review your Virgin Pulse points statement to see what activities you have completed (dental exams, vision exams and preventive screening procedures are the only activities for which completion is not indicated in Virgin Pulse).
